On the east side of the house is a 6 fts chain linked fence that is falling. City enforcement informs Ms. Pearl to fence from the side walk to the edge of her house can be no higher than 4 ft. The work would be to cut the chain fence down to be no higher that 4 ft and repair the poles. This elderly homeowner also is in need of repair of the facia of her home that has rotted. You can see she had it duck taped to stay secured. It would be replacing the facia at 3 places. Estimated 4 men can complete this in 3-4 hours.

Materials Needed

Pressure treated wood for the facia, white paint, bolt cutters or another high power cutter for the chain linked fence, power drill, screws
