On the east side of the house is a 6 fts chain linked fence that is falling. City enforcement informs Ms. Pearl to fence from the side walk to the edge of her house can be no higher than 4 ft. The work would be to cut the chain fence down to be no higher that 4 ft and repair the poles. OR if it is easier to remove and install fencing that is 4 ft high. Estimated 4 men can complete this in 3-4 hours.

Materials Needed

Bolt cutters or another high power cutter for the chain linked fence, power drill, screws
