Information every homeowner needs to know about CareFest:
‍• The next step is to assign an evaluator to your project
• The evaluator will call you and make an appointment to evaluate your project
• The evaluator will use our Evaluation Form and present Release Forms for you to sign
• The evaluator will send the completed forms to our office for approval
• Not all projects are CareFest appropriate. If approved, your project will be published on our website for our volunteer teams to adopt
• We cannot guarantee your project will be adopted
• Your project cannot be posted on the website for adoption until after the evaluation
• All CareFest evaluators and project adopters are volunteers and we must operate according to their availability
• Our expectation is that your project will be evaluated within 30 days, but adoption may take longer, depending on your location and the demands of the project.
