Miss Webber was referred by Code Enforcement due to her falling fence. You can see items leaning against her fence and she sells things online for income. Our Evaluator says her fence can be rebuilt but it would need to be done as you go... Materials 2X4X8 and 4X4X8 posts and fence panels to fill gaps of around 40-50ft which is about 5-6 panels. It's estimated that 3 volunteers could complete in a day if the panels were at the house. Beyond the fence Miss Webber is suffering with leaking sinks in her kitchen and bathroom. She has the water off in those areas. The kitchen needs a p-trap and if possible a double sink, the bathroom needs a new faucet with it leaking at the shut off valve. You can see in the pictures the status and that there has been a lot of caulk to seal the leaks. We estimate that 2-3 volunteers can resolve this in 3-4 hours. This would be an excellent project for a group of 8-10 to take on and help this woman in need.
