Miss Christine's home has seeking and water damage at certain areas. Her roof has been repaired and she needs the water damage to be repaired and treated to prevent mold. The floor of her kitchen cabinets need to be replaced because it is soft wood from water. Shockwave needs to be used to treat the signs of mold on her ceiling and base boards. After it is treated these areas should be painted white. The carpet in the house all needs to be pulled up.
