Services Needed

1) The toilet needs work: (removal of toilet, replace wax ring and possibly replace toile floor bolts, caulk when completed. Replace yellow gasket on flush valve to eliminate water running.) 2) When the homeowner, Jane, turns on the water to the sink, the toilet will run. (May need a plumber for this item per evaluator, so do not worry about this part of the project if nobody has the skillset to do it) 3) She has a screen that needs to be replaced in her small porch.(bottom panel needs replacing 8’x 3’, spline will also be needed) 4) She has some sections of her wood fence that has rotted out and needs to be replaced. fence planks (6) are 4" x 6' and (2) are 2" x 2" x 3', and wood screws are needed

Materials Needed

toilet replacement: toilet, replace wax ring, possibly floor bolts, caulk when done. Porch screen 8' x 3' and spline. Wood fence: fence planks (6) are 4" x 6' and (2) 2" x 2" x 3', wood screws
