Mr. Mitchell suffered a stroke in June and his nephew, Donald, is his caregiver. Donald is wanting the carport pillars to be reinforced so the carport doesn't fall down and also wanted to exterior facia replaced. Inside there was a bathroom wall that could use a touchup spot of drywall and in the hallway he wanted to put an access point for the plumbing to the shower. The hole in the drywall is already there so it's just framing out the drywall and installing the access. It seems like he has some of the materials for the carport and maybe some drywall.
